BEN ROGERS
Director
Ben has worked as a town planning consultant for over 17 years and has a wealth of experience in providing advice to a wide range of clients on projects across London and the South East. Since he established Grade Planning in 2011, Ben has developed a successful business relationships with numerous clients within the public and private sector and assumes a highly proactive role in the management of projects from the outset.
HILARY GOODBAN
Consultant
Hilary has been a consultant with Grade Planning since 2016 and has over 15 years’ experience as a town planning consultant. She has worked with a number of planning and architectural practices, advising private and public sector clients and managing all aspects of the planning process. Key to her work approach is providing regular and effective communication with the client and project team, whilst building positive relationships with planning officers in order to give development proposals the best chance of success.
