We have successfully secured permission for a residential development of 24 new homes on a former industrial site in North London.
ISLINGTON ARTS FACTORY
Working with the City of London, planning permission has been obtained for a new community hub and 25 new socially rented homes on a prominent site in Holloway.
Now complete, this residential scheme provides 37 new affordable homes on a constrained site close to Acton, West London.
Epsom and Ewell
Working with Nuro Homes, we have submitted a planning application for 34 new homes on a key town centre site in Epsom.
On behalf of Nordor Holdings, we have secured a resolution to approve a scheme of 161 new homes and 8,000 sqm of commerical use on a key green belt site on the edge of Grays, Essex

Working with Infinitus, the owner of the Walkie Talkie Building, we have secured planning permission for public realm improvements to the base of the tower to improve the guest experience for visitors to the Sky Garden.
St Albans District Council
Planning permission has been secured on behalf of Linea Homes for three uniquely designed new homes located within a Conservation Area in Wheathampstead.
A current planning application for 15 new homes in Camden, submitted on behalf of a private client.
